What the waterjet can do

The technology cuts a part to virtually any contour: straight lines, circles, curves, bevels, mounting holes and cut-outs for fittings and service penetrations. Repeatability is the same for a single piece as for a production run.

Why waterjet

1. No heat-affected zone - lead does not melt or change its properties
2. A clean, smooth edge with no burrs and no finishing work
3. Any shape of part, including internal holes and narrow cut-outs
4. Less waste thanks to optimal nesting of parts on the sheet

Our material or yours

We cut from our own material - lead sheets and plates from stock - and from material supplied by the customer. Parts are cut from a .dxf file (AutoCAD), a technical drawing or a dimensioned sketch. If you have no documentation, we will prepare the drawing at our end.
