LEADED PLATES

Lead plates for permanent shielding or ballast

Radiation lead plates and other industrial applications, i.e. counterweights.We offer plate thicknesses up to 100mm! The widths of plates can be up to 1300mm. The standard thicknesses of lead plates are 10mm, 25mm and 50mm. Cutting boards to given dimensions after consultation with the client. Plates for aesthetic and hygienic reasons can be supplied with a colored coating.

There is also the possibility of producing lead plates with other metal compounds, e.g. a lead plate can be laminated on one or both sides of aluminum, steel or stainless steel.

In addition to cutting plates and lead sheets to size, we offer you the opportunity to order custom shapes by machining (turning, boring, milling) and metal forming (folding, bending, profiling).

Cutting metal sheets to any size takes place using water jet cutting machines, and in the case of thinner thicknesses with a special circular saw blade for lead, the cutting tolerance is +/- 1.0 mm.
