We cut sheets and plates to finished size, so you do not have to order full sheets and cut them on site.
Lead sheets and plates are cut to any dimension using waterjet cutting machines, and for thinner gauges with a circular saw made for lead. The cutting tolerance is ±1.0 mm.
We match the method to the thickness, shape and size of the order. Plain rectangular formats go to the saw, while anything with holes, curves or bevels goes to the waterjet.
The type of material, the thickness and the dimensions are enough. If you need a non-standard shape, send a drawing - we accept .dxf files and dimensioned sketches.
