Lead sheets for protection against RTG and TMG radiation

Lead plates are used as protection against higher X-rays. Frequent use is also the use of these panels as a counterweight as well as for other industrial applications.

Standard thicknesses range from 2.5 mm to 5.0 mm. We offer the possibility of cutting lead sheets for specific dimensions, according to the customer's guidelines. For aesthetics, it is possible to order plates with a colored coating.

In addition to cutting plates and lead sheets to size, we offer you the opportunity to order custom shapes by machining (turning, boring, milling) and metal forming (folding, bending, profiling).

Cutting metal sheets to any size takes place using water jet cutting machines, and in the case of thinner thicknesses with a special circular saw blade for lead, the cutting tolerance is +/- 1.0 mm.

For a more aesthetic appearance where there is no possibility of covering the lead foil, for example on the door, it is possible to paint it with a special one also the lead paint AKSIKOR GRUNTOEMALIA. Occurs in buckets with 1L, 3L, 5L, 10L or 20L capacity. The paint color can be freely selected from the RAL color palette.
